Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking. By reserving a place on the Nürburgring Road Tour, you agree to the following terms.
1. Event Overview
The Nürburgring Road Tour 2025 is a driving experience organised jointly by Pinnacle Tuning and Drive South UK (“the organisers”).The trip includes a guided convoy from the South Coast of the UK to the Nürburgring, Germany, with planned routes, accommodation, and coordinated activities.
2. Booking & Payment

Spaces are strictly limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in your booking being cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

All payments must be made through approved channels (bank transfer or card payment via the Pinnacle Tuning website).
3. Pricing & VAT
-
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of applicable UK VAT under the Tour Operators Margin Scheme (TOMS).

The price includes accommodation, logistics, route planning, and guided convoy leadership as stated in the tour description.

Fuel, tolls, track laps, food, and other personal expenses are not included unless explicitly listed.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

If you cancel more than 8 weeks before departure, 50% of the balance may be refunded at the organisers’ discretion.

Cancellations within 8 weeks of the event will result in no refund being issued.

If the event must be postponed or cancelled by the organisers (e.g. due to unforeseen circumstances, travel restrictions, or minimum numbers not being met), all participants will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to a new date.
5. Vehicle Requirements

All participating vehicles must be road legal, insured, taxed, and in safe working condition.

Vehicles must comply with the legal requirements of every country travelled through, including tyre tread, lighting, and emissions.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse participation to any vehicle deemed unsafe or non-compliant.
6. Driving Conduct

This is not a race or timed event. All participants must adhere to local traffic laws at all times.

Dangerous, reckless, or antisocial driving will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the tour without refund.

The Nürburgring Nordschleife is a public toll road, not a closed racetrack. Standard road rules apply.
7. Insurance & Liability

Each participant is responsible for ensuring they have adequate insurance covering:

Their vehicle for European travel

Breakdown recovery

Personal travel and medical cover

(Optional) Track-day insurance if intending to drive the Nürburgring

Pinnacle Tuning and Drive South UK accept no liability for:

Vehicle damage, mechanical failure, or accidents

Fines, penalties, or legal issues incurred during the trip

Loss, theft, or injury sustained during the event

Participants take part entirely at their own risk.
8. Accommodation & Itinerary

Accommodation is provided as part of the package and includes one night at the Car Loft in Nürburg, where guests can stay beside their vehicle.

Room allocations are subject to availability and may vary based on vehicle size and group numbers.

The organisers reserve the right to amend routes, timings, or accommodation if required for logistical or safety reasons.
9. Media & Photography

Professional media coverage is included as part of the event.
-
By participating, you agree that Pinnacle Tuning and Drive South UK may use photographs and video footage from the trip for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.

If you prefer not to appear in promotional content, please notify the organisers in writing before the event.
10. Behaviour & Representation
All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other drivers, organisers, the public, and event partners.
Any conduct that brings Pinnacle Tuning, Drive South UK, or associated sponsors into disrepute may result in removal from the event without refund.
11. Force Majeure
The organisers will not be held responsible for cancellations or alterations resulting from circumstances beyond their control, including (but not limited to) extreme weather, border closures, pandemics, or political unrest.
12. Acceptance
By booking and paying the deposit, you confirm that you:
