After testing the S500 on the N55 platform, our latest development car produced an impressive 500bhp BHP and 650 Nm on 99 RON pump fuel, while retaining the response and drivability you want from a fast road car.

The S500 is available for both PWG and EWG N55 applications, with different power potential depending on the platform.

Required Stage 2+ Hardware

The advertised pricing applies to vehicles already fitted with the required Stage 2+ supporting hardware, whether the vehicle has previously been tuned by Pinnacle Tuning or elsewhere.

Your vehicle must already have:

• Decat or high-flow sports cat

• Uprated charge pipe

• Uprated front-mount intercooler

• B58TU high-pressure fuel pump

• Suitable spark plugs / healthy ignition system

• Suitable fuel system in good working order

• 99 RON fuel

An upgraded intake or turbo inlet is not essential for the advertised package but may be recommended depending on the individual setup.

For automatic vehicles, suitable transmission software is also recommended at these torque levels.

Custom Tuning

For customers wanting to get the full potential from the S500, we recommend our £2,500 complete package, which includes custom ECU calibration and dyno tuning.

This allows the vehicle to be calibrated specifically around the turbo, supporting hardware, fuel and individual setup rather than relying on a generic calibration.

Optional Extras & Mapping Features

We can also offer a number of additional options alongside the S500 package, including:

• Turbosmart BOV supplied & fitted

• Switchable ECU maps

• Anti-lag functionality

• Additional custom mapping features where supported
